Testimony

"Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ."
— Galatians 6:2 (KJV)

From military service to spiritual awakening, my journey has shaped my calling to walk alongside others through their most challenging transitions.

A Calling to Serve

From an early age, I have felt a deep calling to serve others. That calling led me to join the military, where I served for over 10 years as a Military Police officer, investigator, and leader. During that time, I connected with people from all walks of life, many of whom were navigating isolation and emotional hardship.

The Weight of Disconnection

I was later called to orders during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a responder in nursing homes during a time when connection was limited and, for many, completely lost. Residents were separated from their families, routines were disrupted, and many experienced prolonged isolation. The absence of connection impacted not only emotional well-being, but also mental clarity, physical health, and a sense of identity and belonging.

In those moments, I saw how deeply people long for connection, and how the lack of it can quietly affect every part of a person's well-being. Many were not only facing illness, but also the weight of being unseen and unheard, carrying burdens they did not always have the words to express. Through these experiences, my understanding of service began to shift. I realized that support is not only needed in moments of crisis, but in the everyday spaces where people feel alone, overwhelmed, or uncertain.

Spiritual Awakening and Professional Growth

During my own spiritual awakening, I was led to pursue my Master's degree in Human Services. That decision was not just academic, it was part of a deeper alignment with the work I felt called to do. It allowed me to continue serving others in a more intentional way, combining both my lived experiences and professional knowledge.

My background in advocacy, leadership, and emotional support has shaped how I show up in this work. I have learned that true care is rooted in presence, in meeting people where they are, and in creating a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood.

Deepened Awareness and Spiritual Discernment

At the same time, my journey has deepened my awareness in ways I did not always expect. I have developed a sensitivity to patterns, dreams, and intuitive insight, which has allowed me to better understand not only my own experiences, but also what others may be navigating internally. I now support individuals who are moving through both emotional and spiritual transitions, especially those who feel called to deeper awareness, understanding, and discernment.

Why Elev8ed Health and Wellness

I created Elev8ed Health and Wellness to bridge the gap for those who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or uncertain in what they are experiencing. My goal is to offer guidance that brings clarity, connection, and alignment with God's direction. More than anything, I am here to walk alongside you. To meet you where you are, and to support you as you move toward healing, stability, and a deeper sense of purpose.
